Can I place my garage sale/real estate/business sign in the easement?
Signs are not allowed to be placed in the easement (usually the street side of the sidewalk). Signs placed in the easement are confiscated and may be claimed within 30 days for a $20 fine. After 30 days, the signs are destroyed. Questions may be referred to the Police Department.

What do I do if my street light is out?
Call the Andover Police Department at 316-733-5177 ext. 0 and report street lights out. An officer will be sent out to confirm the correct pole and we will provide the information to Westar. The Police Department will follow-up that Westar has made the repair after 3 days.

May I "opt-in" to be notified if my garage door is found open overnight?
Yes! The Andover Police Department may make a note for an address that the homeowner wishes to be contacted if their garage door is found open during the night. Call 316-733-5177 ext. 0 if you wish to "opt-in".
