Sgt. Cundiff joined the Andover Police Department in February of 1997 after serving in the U.S. Air Force.  He spent four years at McConnell AFB in the Security Forces Squadron and was on the Air Base Defense Team as well as the Emergency Services Team (EST).

 

Since joining Andover Police Department, Sgt. Cundiff has served as a K9 Officer, T.A.S.E.R. Instructor, Racial Profiling Instructor, and currently Watch Commander of Day Watch.

Master Patrol Officer Mickey Farris started with the Andover Police Department as a reserve officer from 1999 to 2004.  Prior to that he served as a Sedgwick County (KS) Sheriff's Office reserve officer for 2 1/2 years.  After serving as a full-time patrol officer and training officer in Towanda (KS) from 2004 to 2006, MPO Farris returned to Andover.  MPO Farris currently serves on day watch and also serves as a Field Training Officer.


MPO Farris served with the U.S. Army Reserves from 1989 to 1993.

Officer Snedeker joined the Andover Police Department in July 2008.  Prior to Andover Officer Snedeker Troy worked as a Detention Deputy for the Reno County Sheriff’s Office.

Troy graduated from Butler Community College with an Associate’s Degree where he studied Administration of Justice.

In November of 2008 Officer Snedeker graduated from the Kansas Law Enforcement Training Center.
