Detective Kevin Sailsbury joined the Andover Police Department in January 2008 as a Patrol Officer and worked in that position until being promoted to the rank of Detective in August 2008.
Prior to his work in Andover, Detective Sailsbury was employed by the U.S. Army Installation Management Agency, located in Wichita, KS, where he served as the Regional Security Manager for Kansas, Missouri, Iowa and Nebraska for the past five years. Prior to that Detective Sailsbury worked for the Parsons Police Department as a Patrolman for three years.
Detective Sailsbury has been a member of the U.S. Army Reserve since 1995, where he currently serves as a Special Agent with the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Command (CID). Detective Sailsbury was mobilized with the U.S. Army Reserve in November 2004, and completed a tour of duty in Baghdad, Iraq from January 2005 to December 2005.
Detective Sailsbury is a native of Parsons, KS, where he graduated from Parsons High School, and continued on to Labette Community College. Detective Sailsbury is a graduate of the Kansas Law Enforcement Training Center, and the U.S. Army Military Police School Apprentice Special Agent’s Course. Detective Sailsbury is currently working on his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting and Organizational Management and Leadership.

Detective Wilson graduated from Friends University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice.
She began her career with the Andover Police Department in October 2004 as a Police Officer. She served as a School Resource Officer with Andover Central High School before being promoted to her current position of Detective.
