Andover Central Park

Central Park fishing dock

As you drive into the beautiful 80-acre park, you will notice the nature/walking path (approximately 1.25 miles) that winds around Lake George. The lake is stocked with fish by the Kansas Department of Wildlife, Parks, and Tourism. The lake has six handicap accessible fishing docks. A state issued fishing license is required.

There are several picnic areas on the lake and a large shelter across the street from the Library. Next you will find a handicap-accessible playground for all ages. Further south into the park there is a dog park that opened in early 2016. A separate area for large and small dogs with fencing is provided for your four-legged family members. Open areas and another hiking path complete the park's amenities.

Andover Central Park is located at 1607 E. Central. View a map of Andover Central Park.
