National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign held across the nation that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live. It enhances the relationships not only between neighbors, but between the community and law enforcement. Typically, the City of Andover has had neighborhoods host block parties, cookouts, and other various community events with visits from emergency personnel.
