Ticket Information
Tickets for Capitol Federal Amphitheater® are available online. Lawn and Premium levels are General Admission. Those who purchase seats on the Patio will have reserved seating to be determined by management. (PLEASE NOTE: Patio seating is not available for the 2022 concert season due to the tornado and lodge being damaged.)
To get the best rate, tickets must be purchased online in advance. Capitol Federal Amphitheater® will have a box office open at the venue on the day of the event ONLY. There are a variety of ticket delivery options, some of which may include an additional fee.
All events at Capitol Federal Amphitheater® are rain or shine.
Ponchos, raincoats, and trash bags are allowed; however, large umbrellas and tarps are prohibited inside the venue. Security reserves the right to determine if size of umbrella is acceptable. An event may be delayed, postponed, or cancelled depending on the weather. Any delay or postponement will be made by venue management, and all announcements regarding weather delays will be made on location and via Capitol Federal Amphitheater® social media pages. Only in a rare event will a concert be cancelled.
All sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are not available once tickets have been purchased.
For lost tickets, guests must contact Capitol Federal Amphitheater® at 316-733-1303 during regular hours of operation: Monday-Friday, 8am - 4:30pm. For stolen tickets, guests are encouraged to contact local law enforcement first, then Capitol Federal Amphitheater®.
The resale of event tickets on the grounds of Capitol Federal Amphitheater® is strictly prohibited. To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen tickets, or inflated prices, please purchase your tickets through the Capitol Federal Amphitheater® website, the only authorized ticketing agency for Capitol Federal Amphitheater®.
Children five (5) and over are required to possess a ticket. Capitol Federal Amphitheater® staff reserve the right to ask for a ticket from any patron looking to be 5 years of age or older. Some seating areas require a child to purchase a ticket to have his/her own seat, regardless of age. Infants and children without a ticket in these areas will be required to sit in a parent/guardian’s lap and will not have an individual seat.
Upon entry at Capitol Federal Amphitheater®, patrons with Premium level seats will be provided a wristband. This wristband will be used to ensure access to the Premium level without needing to show the ticket every time. Those with Patio seats will receive lanyards allowing them access to the otherwise restricted Patio area.
