Located at 1607 E. Central Avenue, the Lodge at Central Park is a city operated, ADA accessible facility that is great for meetings, special occasions, and general use by the public. The patio is attached to the Lodge and is a great outdoor space for special occasions.
There are two rooms available to rent at the Lodge (one with hardwood floors, one carpeted) that each accommodate up to 100 people. There are 26 rectangular tables measuring 6 feet by 30 inches that seat 6 comfortably and may be arranged in various layouts. The Lodge also has 130 chairs for use in both rooms. A full service kitchen is available for use with Room 1 rentals at an additional charge and includes 2 stoves, 2 microwaves, and a refrigerator/freezer.
The Patio faces west toward the newly built Capitol Federal Amphitheater® and has tables and chairs for 200 guests. The patio must be reserved with Room 1 of the lodge and is not included with the rental of Room 2 of the Lodge. To rent Room 2 and the Patio, guests must rent the entire lodge. Use of the patio is at the renter’s own discretion during inclement weather. The City will not shovel or salt the Patio during winter months.
These facilities are available for reservation up to one year in advance of the actual date of the activity.
