The Community Development Department application process is going digital!  Beginning January 17th, all building applications, planning & zoning applications, and contractor licensing will be submitted digitally through Accela Citizen Access.  Applicants will be required to register for a free Citizen Access account with the creation of a username and password.  With a few simple steps, you’ll have the added benefits of seeing your complete application history, invoice and receipt access, and status of pending applications.  Please be patient with our staff as we adjust to the new software.  We look forward to improving your application experience!
