Instructions for participating in the City Council Meeting Public Forum Remotely

Remote Public Forum Instructions

If you are a citizen wanting to participate remotely during the Public Forum of a City Council meeting, you will need to do so via a web conference which will require you to have an internet connection. 

The following information will need to be submitted to the City Clerk via email by noon on the day of the meeting.

  • First and Last Name

  • Affiliation (if applicable)

  • Address

  • Phone Number

  • Email address

  • Topic you are addressing

Those registering will be provided instructions via email on how to connect with the live meeting.  

When the Mayor calls for the Public Forum at the meeting, you will be called on by name to address the Council.

Comments should be limited to three (3 minutes).
